Pricing and Payment
The price for all goods will be as quoted on the Services and quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. All our prices are include shipping costs and exclude sales tax and import tax, which depend on the country in which you reside. And which you are obliged to comply with your local government (customs) when you import goods. (EU goods from outside the EU). All goods must be paid by ordering in the payment Services offered (example PayPal).
Order Acceptance
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by PFL knitwear and all items are subject to availability.
Acknowledgement of your order means that PFL knitwear has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped. PFL knitwear may in its discretion require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
PFL knitwear reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, but are not limited to: invalid, incomplete, improper, or missing payment or shipping information; limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; use of any robot, spider or other automatic device, software, process or application to place, or take preparatory steps to place, one or more orders; violation of these Terms and Conditions; or actual or suspected fraud or abuse.
PFL knitwear verifies an item’s availability, specifications and price before shipping it. If PFL knitwear determines that there are inaccuracies in this information, PFL knitwear will notify you by email, If you not agree the order can be canceled by you and your payment will be refunded.
To protect our customers, PFL knitwear is unable to change/intercept the shipping address of a package to alter its delivery, and PFL knitwear will only ship to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.
All our goods are shipped worldwide from Lima Peru.
PFL knitwear ships all packages smaller than 1 kg in weight with SERPOST Peru delivered by the local post in your country. Packages weighing more than 1 kg are shipped with DHL express. Packages under 1 kg can also be shipped with DHL at an additional cost, see the order options offered. All our prices are include shipping costs and exclude sales tax and import tax, which depend on the country in which you reside.
You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. PFL knitwear is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.
Delivery to our local market Peru, prices are include taxes and shipment cost.
Lost or Stolen Package
If your package does not arrive, please contact mail()pflknitwear.com to see for a solution.
Return/Exchange Policy
You can return your product within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. The product must be returned in new condition, unworn, with the original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund may be partially or totally refused. After receipt and check, we will make the refund.
The return cost is at the customer charge. Returns must be sent by registered mail.
Return to sender excludes the shipping costs refund.
