Return/Exchange Policy
You can return your product within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund. The product must be returned in new condition, unworn, with the original label and packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund may be partially or totally refused. After receipt and check, we will make the refund.
The return cost is at the customer charge. Returns must be sent by registered mail.
When the reason for returning a package is. (Return to sender)
– wrong address given by customer
– nobody home to receive
– package is not picked up at the shipping carrier office.
We refund your order exclusive the shipping cost
NOTE 1 the additional costs for resending will be borne by the customer
NOTE 2 when the above is the reason, with shipments by DHL, due to the high return costs, the package will be destroyed by DHL after 30 days and no refund will be made.
Return to sender excludes the shipping costs refund.
